My Sugar is Purple Body with white fins, recently my heater went ..the temp. was fluctuating from hi to low...I got a new one and pitched the old one..it took like a day for the temp to regulate back up to normal (78 Degrees) since then Sugar has devleoped 2 red streaks on his tail fins.
the water levels are still normal....what is happening to him...he acts normal..please Help!
that is strange my blue betta has red streaks in his tail fins but they have always been there idk why urs would suddenly get them
I was thinking mabybe it was part of his color developing into his fins but I'm not sure....? I hope it's nothing..he's my buddy!
ive heard of bettas changing color. new pigment in the fins.
Thats what it looks like because it's more like his body color than blood red...
Yea, betta fish change color as the get older and happier so I wouldn't worry too much.
