Looks like a smorgasboard instead of fish for sale. If they sell them fast enough then I don't what to say but that is just an odd thing to see!

Eek! That's terrible if they keep the fish in there for more than a few hours! ... I've never seen anything like that in my entire life.. (you know, since I've seen soooo many things in my long lifespan. :P)

Ye gads!!!:frustrated: How infuriating and nauseating.:redmad: We have that on the sidewalk unfortunately.:blueworry: I don't buy fish in stores where they are packed in plastic bags. No filtration for one day and the poo will certainly poison them.:blueworry:

Street fish?

That's a horrible practice, I guess it's a lot cheaper for the entrepreneur, but...wow, just wow. :?

The mayor of the city hasn't done anything to stop such horrible practice.:dunno: On the side note, he actually provided the vendors those stalls for hanging plastic bags of fish. :redmad:
The fish are exposed to rough handling, high traffic of passerbies and vehicular noise. Everything else just stresses the fish. Unfortunately, when I used to buy there, I noticed that the fish I bought from such trades die faster than those I bought from my friend whose lfs maintain fish better than any lfs around here.
