Should i cut the light off in supermans tank at night? im afraid to due to the lack of heater, but i read something about a day/night cycle, Whats this?? im planing on getting a heater 2morrow or the day after? but should i turn the light off at night on his tank?
Fish need a day/night cycle (as you said). This is the same for humans; we dont have the sun up all day do we? They need time to rest and/or do whatever they do during the night.
If you dont have a heater, do a water change the night before and add warmer water, but not too hot. Add a black towel to the top to keep heat in and calm the fish. You will need the heater ASAP, so getting it tommorow would be best.
