How long before delivery?

I have a Dalmation Molly who is obviously carrying fertilized eggs. She is a fry that I have sucessfully raised and has been mating with another Dalmation Molly. I noticed yesterday that her belly was getting large and today it is even more obvious. Once it is noticable that they are carring fertilized eggs, how long is it before she delivers the fry? Should I put her in the breeder tank now and raise the temp, or should I be patient and give her another week? I have already done a 20% water change on Saturday and another 10% today, but I do not want to shock her by moving her to the breeder although it is still within the tank she is accustomed to.

I am really, really ready to have more fry and I want to do everything possible to ensure that she delivers successfully. Any help would be appreciated!

If you put her in the net breeder now, make sure to add some floating plants or others so she doesn't stress out.

You can tell that a livebearer is ready to give birth when they "square out"- their bellies literally become squarish. You'd probably recognize it if you saw it, or you can look for some pics online. I'd wait until she squares off to put her in the breeder, as breeders can be stressful and cause fish to miscarry. Also, fish4all is very wise in recommending the addition of plants to your breeder net. It will keep her a lot calmer if she has places to hide.
