Pumps GPH?
I need more volume from the top pool, a Y to 2 other drops into the pond. I now have 2 pumps running the water fall, I had to cut cost when building so I used what I had. Still not enough to get a strong flow over the falls. Now if you take a garden hose and add that at full blast Im getting the volume needed to make this look like it should.

Does any of you know what a avarage garden hoses GPH is?

Im just going to add the number to the other pump's GPH and get a pump rounded from the total.

I'll get some photos for you when I have a chance.

I can't tell you the gph, but most cities have main pressure between 35-45psi. One way for you to estimate the gph would be to line up a few 5g buckets and see how full you can fill them in one minute then multiply times 60. Archaic, but it should work for your needs.

I'd make sure that I had a long range sprayer on the hose in case the neighbors laughed.
