how often do i feed my plants?
 

i was wondering when to feed my plants.i bought florapride.i added it to the water per the instructions on the bottle.it says to repenish with every water change or monthly.i was also told by a lady at my local fish store to buy florishtabs,which i did and they would mainly help my sword plant.the instructions on the box says...replace every three to four months.
i guess i`m asking,would using just these two items be enough for my plants? do i need to buy more or different plant foods? i`m sure it would help if i gave you a run down of the plants i`m keeping.i have 1 sword,3 wisteria,2 anubias,2 cabomba pulcherrima purple,2 microsorium pter.v.t. java lac,and some vesicularia dubyana java moss.these are the names printed on my sales receipt,from the last couple weeks.
boy some of the names are a mouth full :lol: i was told that these were begginer plants,that would grow under medium to low light.was i told right? any help would be great.thanks paul.

Let me ask before I start, how big is the tank and what are you using for substrate, lighting and filtration?

75 gallon tank, gravel substrate (no ugf) two 24'' g.e. 20watt bulbs made for growing plants(thats what the packaging states).two penquin 350 filters one on each side of tank.thanks for the help.
