Tetra Medium Filter (10-15 gallons)

Well I own a Tetra Medium Filter which ables 10-15 gallons of water to be filtered. I was wondering if this was a good filter?

i wish there was a spot for "ok". it depends on what your putting it on. get it on a 10 gallon thats not overstocked and youll be fine.
