i keep geeting worms in my tank i have a 29 gal whith 1 jack depsey i read that its from uneaten food should i change food i am feedind flackes i clean the rocks every 2 weeks but they come back can anybody help

How often do you do tank maintenance?

i seen them and then every two weeks or so i cleaned the rocs and tank

Adjust your maintenance to twice a week. No need to clean the rocks. Just do water changes and gravel vacuuming. Feed your fish only once a day but I must advise you to upgrade your tank as it is too small for a JD. A 55g would be the absolute minimum for one.
