worms in tank
 
i have a 29 gal tank whith a jack dempsey and i keep getting white worms in it and i clean the rocks like every two weeks and clean the tank but they keep come back am i feeding to much i read its frome uneaten food am feeding flakes

Limit feeding and increase frequency of tank maintenance.

If these are indeed planaria, they won't harm the fish unless these turn out to be roundworms which hopefully won't be
