changing tanks
Hey, i have a 10 gallon divided right now along with a 29 gallon.* Im getting slightly tired and its getting slightly expensive maintaining 2 tanks, as im constantly changing my mind about what fish i want.* So i was curious as to if this would work in the 10 gallon divided:

side 1:* male betta, african dwarf frog, 2 otosside 2:* male betta, 3 khulis, and a bumblebee goby

Any problems?* Thanks

for some reason the whole entering thing didnt work lol.* Or did you think i would be better off minus a betta and the divider but with a few small tetras?

That seems like it would be overstocked, wouldn't it? You gotta figure 1 side would be 5 gallons and usually we wouldn't advise you to put more than 1 Betta and maybe a frog in there. I'd take the divider out and not have Bettas. Probably easier to maintain too. As for the goby, I think they're happiest in groups so you really don't have the room. I don't know if 10 gallons would be enough for some shoaling tetras but you could maybe have some guppies?

I think you'd be better without the divider and one betta. You'd still be on the high side of stocking but the khulis aren't big waste producers so you might be alright. I don't know much about the goby but I think he's more brackish water so I might think twice about keeping him in there. Any small fish, like tetras, will end up lunch for the adf also.

Just as an update..currently i have: male betta, 3 khulis, dwarf frog, and 2 ottos. Any problems with this?

Thanks again

That sounds as if it would work. I wouldn't add anything else though.

Sounds perfect. How's everyone doing together?

so far soo good actually...havent seen any problems. The tank is slightly..overplanted? haha with fake plants so there seems to be plently of places for fish to hide should aggresion arise. So far i havent seen any aggression though so ill keep my fingers crossed. My betta is a fiestly little guy (flaring at me as i walk by and occasionally a plant) haha.
