Can anyone give any guess to what this might be, sorry for the terrible quality but thats the only thing ive got right now.. i got these about 2 weeks ago they are staying green but not seeing any growth. I just started using ferts so that might help with the growth soon

I suspect that is either the pygmy chain sword (Helanthium tenellum) or the Micro Sword (Lilaeopsis brasiliensis) which in spite of the common name is not related to the former.

The latter is not easy; it needs good light and nutrients, and usually does better with CO2. The former [which is in our profiles, click the shaded name] is moderate light and grows very well with liquid fertilization and doesn't need CO2.

That looks very much like Micro sword.
Like Byon said that's not an easy plant to grow in Low tech tanks. I had this plant in a low tech tank and it grew at a snails pace. The best thing you can do is take the plant out and separate the leaves or runners apart. This way it gets more light to each blade of "grass" so to speak. It will also do better in a nutrient rich substrate or with root tabs.
