Odd shrimp found in tank
I was mindlessly staring at one of my ten gallon tanks.it is my cherry shrimp tank with Malaysian trumpet snails and dwarf hairgrass. Anyway...i noticed this random shrimp looking creature swimming about.
it was about half the size of a full grown cherry shrimp, greenish colored, long and slender body that curls its trail in when it lands. Seems harmless and is easily startled.
What is it?
Is it a baby cherry shrimp ?
They reproduce in FW. This is great for your tank, tiny cleaners!
Sounds like a wild-colored RCS. They will show up from time to time in a colony without culling. This is a female wild red cherry. Does it look anything like this?
Sounds like a scud to me
Ive had them before, theyre harmless if I remember correctly :-)
i completely forgot about this post 0_0 sorry guys! and yes they are Scuds!
