New 90 Litre tank just been planted
Well, finally got around to planting my new tank and now cannot wait to get some fish. I will check the water for the next week to make sure it is good to go.
Looking at putting in some Guppies and Amano shrimp to start with so will need to add a floating plant (not sure what yet) any suggestions welcome.
Sweet! You are off to a great start! :-)
Looks good so far! :-)
I like the look of water sprite for a surface plant, if you can find it.
Water sprite proving difficult at the moment, being told it is out of season.
Into the fourth week now and plants growing well, will post an updated picture soon.
Yes, you will have a lot more options come spring (pond planting season). Can't wait for more pics! Do you know what kind of fish you want?
1 month on
Well, the tank has been going now for 4 weeks and starting to take shape.
I do like the red tint from the tiger lotus.
3 Guppies (did have 6 to start with was some early fighting, now calm)
3 Amano's (2nd picture, a couple out for a stroll)
3 Otto's (Have really cleaned up the tank)
Hey, it's coming along. I'm seeing some growth in the plants for sure.
Yea, the lotus is nice for sure. I'd like to try one some day. :-)
