Filter set up advice

Hi, i have recently set up a 90 litre aquarium and at the moment it is going through its cycling.

All that is in there at the moment is base material,water,heater and filter i will be putting in plants soon and after another week fish.

My question is: I have a lot of small air bubbles in the water, does this mean the filter outlet is too fast? or is this ideal and when i have the plants it will not be so obvious, and correct?

Do you see those bubbles right after a water change? If yes, that's typical and they will go away in a while.

It is the first time with water in, i filled it up 2 days ago
