Tumor problem with my golldfish
 

Hi I am new at this Tropicalfish Keeping, any way I have 5 goldfish one in a long 15 gallon tank,and 4 in a 65 gallon. Dory has a tumor,just found out 2 more are on her body. What do I do I need help.

What are the pH, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate readings on the tanks? And how large are the goldfish?
