what's a nano reef?
I am just so curious, pleas answer all my questions or as many as you can: Wat is a nano reef? Are they hard to care for? What's the smallest it can be? In a ten gallon tank how many fish would you be able to keep? Thanks, Lf
Anybody gonna reply?
I got ya covered, sorry late for me. Had a run, then had to make dinner, well, you get the picture. =)
Nano in my terms is anything under 30g.
Easy to care for, yes. If water parameters are watched closely. If they start to go south, they go way south in a hurry because there is no volume to keep them stable. So when you get evaporation, you need to keep up with the tops offs, salt does not evaporate with the water, and therefore can get high really fast with water going out and not being replaced. It certainly costs a bunch less to run and operate than the bigger tanks though.
sounds neat:) Thanks for the list on the other thread:)
