Yes. It looks like he may have had it for a while. Refer to the following exerpt fom our forum: "Flagyl-a combination of Metronidazole and Praziquantel in the form of 250 mg tablets which is an antibiotic used for the eradication of intestinal flagellates."( special thanks to Lupin) for treatment.

I have also heard of treatment using formaldahyde solutions., but this is a very touchy procedure. I have also heard of pros and cons on this procedure. More cons, enough so, that I have not used the procedure.
