Green Green and Playsand

Hey guys, So I recently purchased three new Amazon Swords, 3 pygmy chain swords and a bunch of water sprite that I currently have floating. As well as a bag of play sand recommended by Byron. I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my placement of them all. I also have a specimen of Anubias Nana attached to a lava rock in the back right corner. Also if you have any suggestions for arranging the slate that would be greatly appreciated as well.

The fish in the tank are:
5 Kuhlii Loaches
5 Cory Catfish
10 Neon Tetras
1 Dwarf Gourami
2 Honey Gouramis
1 Bolivian Ram Chiclid

Could you do a photo of the complete tank? When it is split as here I have trouble visuallizing the entire aquascape.

That is not at all bad right now.:-) I think I remember something from another thread...those two plants just right of centre are terrestrial, we discussed that didn't we? So you know.

I have to go out with my neighbour to walk her dog, so I'll check back with this later after I have some time to think about placement.

Byron.

Yeah they are, I left them in there so there is more green, but can take them out if need be. I just don't know what to replace them with.
okay enjoy the walk.

I don't think I would mess with this, it is balanced and I see nothing that stands out as not working.

I would get a background though, and something very simple like black construction paper. It is dull, not shiny [shiny will reflect light and be obvious], very inexpensive, and very effective.

What is the floating stem plant on the right?

ok sounds good, I have been meaning to get the black construction paper but I always forget. The thing floating is water sprite

Really? Does it have a root mass at the end [can't see this in the photo]?
