Male or Female? He/she is about 1-2 inch long.

Looks to be a female, but still too young to tell with complete certainty.

It's true...Green Terror are especially difficult to sex when they're young. Especially because females will go through a phase where they show very pretty coloration, which would suggest male. In this case however, I'm going to say male. Reason being, usually the best give away is the fore head, males will typically gain a hump, sometimes very early, where as females will maintain a rounded face. I bought mine from a pet store at about 2 inches and he displayed a distinct "hump" compared to most of his tank mates. Your pictures suggest the development of a nuchal hump. Also he has very consitant horizontal silver banding, which is well established on his underside.

thank you =D i'm not tending on breeding him/her i just want to make sure since i'm going to keep her w/ an oscar and two male oscar will jsut cause trouble, not sure about BOTH FEMALEs (anyone knows?) and would get along most of the time if different genders.

A GT, male or female is not likely to mess with an Oscar. You might have problems the other way around, but you'll probably be ok. Oscars can be bullies on occasion, but I've yet to see one violently attach another fish, unless its trying to eat it. Of course thats mostly dependant on the size of the tank, If it's a 100g or bigger you'll be just fine. The smaller you go from there, aggression gradually increases.
