Starting a new tank questions

Hello.

Im thinking of starting a new tank I want to keep it small, around a 10 gallon.
I want to put some neon tetra's in it, but I'm lost on what other small fish I could put in it. Any idea's? Also what live plants could I put in it?

Any tips will be awesome!

Wisteria and Anacharis are very good at helping a new tank. I don't know about the fish other than a 10g won't keep many. Be sure to research your intended fish , and match them to your water.

go with a 20 gallon high. its not to big but big enough to keep a decent amount of fish. you could get some pygmy corydoras as they only get to about 1.5" some shrimps and some snails an yo neon tetras. wisteria is a good one also you could get some jungle val or some corkscrew val.
