Gourami's dying

Hello.

So a few days ago I lost 2 of my Powder Blue Gouramis. The first one had what seemed to be bloody patches around both his gills and one gill had seemed to start to rot. The other one seemed perfectly fine, then it just dropped dead after I finished burring the first one. I treated the tank with both fungus and parasite treaters. Now one of my Dwarf flame Gouramis are starting to act very lethargic. HE just sits under one of the little houses I have in there and does nothing. He is still alive.

I have a 29 gallon tank and in it I have:
1 comment goldfish
1 Feeder goldfish
2 Dwarf Gouramis
2 Dwarf flame Gouramis
1 Amazon Sword
1 Water onion

I know the goldfish aren't suppose to be in the same tank. I know I know I know. But I have no where else to put them at the moment. My mom lost her job and we had no where else to put them after their tank shattered. Im trying my best to get them out.

If this other fish dies do I need to completely drain the tank and scrub everything down and do a complete and total restart on my tank? Please help!

It sounds a bit like some sort of bacterial infection... pics would be extremely helpful.

I don't have any pictures Im sorry to say. We buried the first two that actually had the issues that were visible and the others dont even have the spots
