Splitting One 10 Gallon into two 10 Gallon Tanks

My aquarium has changed a bit since my first thread on here. I bought another 10 gallon tank and I currently have it set up and cycling. So I was wondering on what would be a good way to seperate my fish.

I have the following:

2 Blue Paradise Gouramis
3 Gold Pristella Tetras
2 Neon Tetras
1 Male Betta
1 Female Betta
1 Male Guppy
1 Female Guppy
2 Zebra Danios

So I want to seperate them and would also like to save some Guppy fry and see how they turn out. So right now I have the new tank set up with only blue gravel (15 pounds) and some hardy aponogeton bulbs in the bottom.

What would be the best separation? I also have a 1 gallon tank but I don't think that will be of much use and even if it is I think it would be a good tank for either putting the female guppy in when she's giving birth (but I think it would put a lot of stress on her) or just a hospital tank.

Your suggestions and expertise is much appreciated!

Thanks In Advance!

IMHO

2 Blue Paradise Gouramis
2 Zebra Danios

3 Gold Pristella Tetras
2 Neon Tetras
1 Male Betta
1 Female Betta
1 Male Guppy
1 Female Guppy

Lots of plants in the second tank for the bettas to hide form each other and to try and stave off some fin nipping.
