picked up a royal gramma today

always been one of my favorites. so colorful! he's fitting right in, spending a lot of time posturing at his reflection. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y20...es/roflmao.gif

What a beauty of a fish and great looking tank.
Hoping to pick one up in the near future too.

water params are staying perfect. down to just a small water change every week to 10 days. i think adding the skimmer helped a lot! all 3 fish are doing great, as are the inverts. getting coralline everywhere. i've been feeding the brittle star small pieces of raw shrimp and he is lovin' it.

i have seen a few more hitchhikers emerging. there is a tiny little creature i am trying to i.d., terribly hard to get a picture but he is less than 1/4" long, looks to have 2 iddy biddy almost antenna-looking things and very strange...almost looks like 2 tiny little eyes. not sure if he came in on the live rock or if he is from another planet. :rofl:he zips through the water, lands somewhere and just hangs out.

Tough to say from that shot, they look as if they may be Feather Dusters.
