Bugs in aquarium
 

every couple days i notice a bug that fell into my tank and died at the bottom. is it okay for this to happen? can it effect the fish or water?

I have a similar problem with ladybugs. They fly to the tank light and end up in the tank. So far, I haven't noticed any issues. If it's a really large bug, I'd just say remove it when you notice it. If it's a small bug, the fish might enjoy the snack! Unfortunately, not even my plecostomus like ladybugs.
