quick cycling help!

Ok I just set up a 10 gallon tank with gravel and all decor, put in heater and hob filter, and filled with water. Its been running for a few hrs now. NOW what do I do? Also would it be safe to go ahead a put a few starter fish in? The water is a little cloudy with lots of lil bubbles. Thanks

Add the fish and a small pinch of fish food. But no more than four or so fish such as pearl or zebra danios.

could I add guppies?

The danios are a much hardier fish. But if guppies are what you have, add the guppies.

You could also try a fishless cycle - much kinder on the fish.
