need help with this tiger barb

Cant figure out whats wrong he was a little sluggish last 4 days and today he seems to be pushing this white crap out into the tank. anybody dealt with this before? My tanks perfect across the board for everything with weekly regular 50% water changes and all other fish seem to be fine.

You could try Jungle Parasite Guard, I have had fair success with it.

Hmm breathing slower and swimming alot more today weird. Ill look when i can get to the city thanks for your help
