revamping the 60
so i have been insipired to re-do the 60. as it's time for batman to have a new hiding place and to make things look a little nicer. it's been changed a lot with the plants as batman isn't to keep on the whole "planted" thing but i have hopes for carefully placed plants that will not be in his way. also this will allow me to unclutter the tanks a little more. i am going to try my hand at making some decor with rocks and sealant. nothing to fancy to start off with. will tweek it as i go i guess. lol. this is def a learning experience. also asked my lfs to order me some java moss as i want to cover the rocks and wood in it....that way i can create a nice look. also hoping that with enough hiding places, and moss i can eventually add some shrimp.....successfully...but i don't have very high hopes for that AT ALL. lol. just a wish. but we shall see. maybe i will try one or two ghost fish once i get this set up. who could work.

LoL gotta love the lil ones "helping" hands! Everytime I start a project I think it should take a day or two which means a 3-4 HaHa. Keep us posted on how it goes and once its done would love to see pics of it!

Good job ! I got some slate floor tiles from Home Depot that made some nice caves. You just bash them with a hammer, file off the sharp edges, and adhere them together any way you like. We seem to be having camera issues here, so I can't send photos but, I will when I can.

It looks amazing! I love how the little neons crowd around the plant. Your caves came out great! When they get a little algae on them they will look really natural.
