CO2 Generator diy ???????
I've recently started up a new planted tank to keep my discus in cause I've read up alot and come to learn that a planted tank is more natural and healthier for my discus.
My question here is I'm going to install a DIY CO2 Generator, and am wanting to know if it is safe to attach it inline with an air pump using the proper check valves and tubing?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions and advice received!
When I think of CO2 generator I think of ozone machines they are supposed to generate CO2 so I would just duct ozone output to an air pump and pump it into the tank.
This is just a crazy thought
But one can have very beautiful and thriving planted tanks without adding CO2. As the photos of many of our members' tanks illustrate; mine are under "Aquariums" below my name on the left.
