Betta Nano Cube, need help no instructions!

I have a new Betta Nano Cube 10l. Am I supposed to put water into the filter and pump chamber at the rear of the tank? Can I also add a heater to the column that houses the pump for the filter so as not to have it on display in the main tank area? Cant believe there are no instructions and Google has proved less than useful on tis occasion!

I just plugged your tank into a google search and came up with multiple hits: https://www.google.ca/search?q=Betta...ient=firefox-a

Just to let you know, 10 liters (2.6 gallon) is really not big enough for a beta. They require a 5 gallon minimum tank.

Thank you for your reply....eventually sorted the heater in the tank out by buying a small flat one that hides inside the pump section so all sorted.....just as a side note the tank is called a Betta, I'm not using for a beta fish, this tank holds fry from two mollies....
