Holes in Tiger lilly leaf
What causes holes in tiger lily leaves?? Too much light, not enough nutrients, or what????
I have two tiger lilies in one tank. The two leaves you see above are from one bulb. The other leaves it has on it are fine. The other plants leaves are also fine..
Anyone have a clue???
Mine does exactly the same. I know they need a nutritious substrate, so I now give each bulb (I have two in the 90g) a Flourish Tab once every 3 months, same as the larger swords. Mine also produce all floating leaves, which is what I wanted anyway, and that is usually due to lower light. So in my case I am assuming the light is not bright enough and perhaps the substrate is not rich enough. I also cannot get Hygrophila to last in this tank, and that is light-related. But I also have very soft water, and have been using Equilibrium to raise this tank to 6 or 7 dGH. I think this is a combination of factors.
