We had the same here in the UK, a giant aquarium that had just been built exploded when it was being filled for the first time, it was at a new Sea life center in Scotland.
We were supplying 4 basking sharks for the aquarium, these had been just been shipped, luckily they had not traveled far in the tank lorries and they were returned to base.
It cost them about £2.5m to put it all right again, plus a load of hassle for us.
Definitely terrifying experience luckily it blew out into the sea and not into the building.
