What filter and also what kind of dechlorinator to use?
 

I have a marineland biowheel penguin filter, I was going to get some new filters for it and was told that filter floss would be better, I went to two different pet stores today and could only find filter fiber so I bought it, wanted to make sure that was be good to use before I did, also do I just need that or do I still need to add another filter with Carbon in it?

Also while out I was looking at the dechlorinators and saw many different kinds and was unsure of which to buy.

i don't know about the filter,sorry.
Dechlorinator: one that gets rid of chlorine and chloramine.

The filter fiber should be fine.

For dechlorinators I like Tetra's AquaSafe. I've also used AquaPure (I think made by Hagen) with never any problems.
