Cherry shrimp

Are Cherry shrimp safe with Lemon Tetras and a Bristlenose Pleco or do they need a separate tank?

I think I might keep the shrimp in their own tank until I had a large enough colony that if the tetra's eat a few(prolly),I would still have some available.
Is what I do.
