Plattie lacking energy

Hello All, i have a Plattie that is really lacking in energy. He was really energetic on Monday, but now all he does is sit under a plant. The female Plattie is still very active and so are my tetras. Idk what could be up with him. Any thoughts? The tank is a 10 gallon planted tank with crypts, swords, and Wisteria. He isn't breathing hard but he has no energy. I also do 20% water changes weekly. Thanks.

Have you made any additions or changes recently?

I put some Wisteria in the tank, but that was on Wednesday. He started acting weird on Tuesday.

I've had platys for a year. IME when a platy starts that , they seldom recover. For me I think water quality in an uncycled tank got mine. Sorry I cant be of more help(or any help). Have you tested for Ammonia?

Yeah i did, i have 0 Ammonia in my tank. My tank has been running for about 4 months now so its very well cycled. He just out of no where started acting weird. Hopefully he recovers. :-?
