10 gallon brackish tank advice???
I wanted to set up a 10 gallon brackish tank. I wanted to have red clawed crabs, but I don't know what type of fish I could put in it. I know mollies like brackish water but I already have a 30 gallon community tank with mollies, so I wanted something different. I did some research on it and it seems like a 10 gallon is going to be on the small side for a brackish tank. Any suggestions on fish or other critters that would be happy in a 10 gallon along with crabs?
War Damn Eagle! Tough decision for a 10g but there are a few brackish fish that do not get too large and would work. We acclimated Albino Pristella Tetra's in the tank with our 15" Brackish Dragon Goby and they are doing great. A couple of pics...
War Eagle!! and thanks
You're welcome! Nice to bump into someone from the south :)
what did you decide, tankmates? Did you try brackish in a 10 gal.?
I decided against the brackish tank. I decided to do a divided betta tank instead. Thanks to everyone that gave advice though.
