stocking a planted 6.6 tank?
I've got a planted 6.6 gallon tank with one endler and one amino shrimp in it currently. I'm looking for ideas to stock it but really at a loss since it is such a small tank. It is 24" long though so it does have some room to move..
Any suggestions? Don't want a Betta. I don't think I want any more endlers because I'm struggling to keep my water very hard.. my tap water is soft and acidic.
So, I was thinking of getting maybe a trio of sparkling gouramis and then a school of dwarf corys? Would that be OK? How many dwarf corys should I add because I know they like larger schools a bit more than regular corys need.
Also, should I be trying to get like one male and two females? Or should I just stick with a solitary sparkling Gourami..?
I'm thinking this would be a great match for my tank since I've got soft acidic water and plenty of plant growth and floating plants.
