hi everybody!
 

i was invited to join this board by Reefing Madness prolly because i had WAY too many questions and i'm sure he felt like i was stalking him and that i would jump out at every corner to torture him with more questions so anyhoo...i just recently (like 3 weeks ago) started back into the hobby with a 14g oceanic biocube after being gone from saltwater for a very long time. so far, it's proven to be a fun endeavor.

i live in the wilds of west central illinois. no, really, it can get wild here (well, at least at my place). i live alone (widow) on a 20 acre family farm. i take care of 7 or 8 of those acres. i don't really live alone, i have 2 great danes that live with me. in the house. actually, it's their house. they let me live in it. :-D

i also have 4 pot bellied pigs. they don't live in the house. they're just pets. they know a few tricks and they can be very entertaining. my dogs and my pigs all come from rescue (2 different ones, of course!). i know what you're thinking..."this chick needs to get a life!" but really, i'm a hermit at heart so being in the middle of nowhere with just my critters is quite my cup o' tea.
