Help setting up a 250 gallon tank

I just got 2- 250 gallon Oceanic tanks. I have no clue what I am doing and need lots of info on setting these tanks up. Each tank has 2 sump tanks that are connected to each other. I have everything that goes with the tanks (as they were running stable when I got them). I'm just not sure I have everything connected properly and what the next step is. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

do you know if it is cycled already? what kind of filtering? SW or FW? what do you want in it?
