Just a quick question...

I have a dresser in my room which is 49 inches long and 17 1/2 wide. Now im wanting to by a 90 gallon tank which is 48x18.. do you think it would work? Would you trust it?

I would take extreme care. A 90 gallon tank will weigh 900 lbs. You sure your dresser can hold that? You need to be weary of the 1/2 in off. If you can get a tank that is 48 x 17 (around there), that would be the best.

they dont make 90 gallon tanks that are 48x17 do they? a 75 gallon will fit perfect but i figured a 90 gallon would be better?

I don't know exact tank sizes, so I can't help you there.

Maybe you could order a custom tank? My dad did that for his 58G (I think it is 58). It has the dimensions of a 29, but twice as deep.

You just really need to worry about the weight.
