Two of these be sufficient for coral growth?

Would two of these light fixtures provide enough light for SW corals? http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...54&pcatid=8154 It would be the Galaxy Light II. Each light is 13W, and I am in the midst of converting a 5G FW into a Pico-Reef. So it would be 26W on a 5G tank. I would do mostly softies if that helps.
