filter- best for a 29 gallon

hey guys, i gotta question. what would be the best power filter for a 29 gallon? ive been pondering over a marineland emperor 280 or something similar. i have only a budget of 20-40 dollars. if i had enough i'd buy a canister filter. but my taxes (both state and federal) are gunna be 110 bux.

help me out guys before i go insane! :shock:

You could use a Penguin Filter. I have the 200 (I think) on my 30 Gallon, and it is perfect. I needed a silent filter since the tank is in my room. It is very quiet and easy to maintain. It keeps the water very clean too.

thanx man, i was thinking about that model as well. i dont really mind noise (my tank is in my bedroom as well. so far the noisiest thing on my tank is my air pump (it always vibrates out of place :greenyay:
