best place to get java fern ?
where would you say the best place to get some from.
online shop,ebay,places like that.What say You. :)
i want to make a tunnel from garden plastic fence stuff
and cover it with java moss.
if i;m sucessful i'll post a pic if anyone interested.
All of the fish stores and pet stores with fish around here carry it. Have you tried that?
I'd say eBay personally. Have you thought about a different type of moss though? I have flame moss and love it's upward flame-like growth but on a rounded object something like xmas moss or peacock moss would look lovely imo.
The pic sounds good, so looking forward to it.
Java moss or jave fern? The title says fern, the post says moss. I'm a little confused. Either way, I would frequent my lfs, if possible. I have used www.petsolutions.com for a few plant orders. Plants are very healthy and rather reasonably priced if purchased in quantity.(They have price breaks on some plants for groups of 3 or more on selected ones.)
They usually have great prices on everything.
thanks for the input guys :)
i ment to say Moss not fern  sorry about that,
however now thinking on it i wonder what a fern would look like
added to the frame work, could i do that ???
i will post a pic of the "how i did it" as soon as the moss/fern arrives.
