Methylene Blue Bath for Fungus? Would it work, and how to do it?

I have a Harlequin Rasbora that scraped its side badly a couple weeks ago. For the first week and a half it was healing very nicely, but it has now started to get a fungal infection on the wound. Since all the other fish are healthy and I have scaleless fish and fry in the tank I was wondering if I could try a dip or bath to treat this particular fish rather than treating the entire tank. Unfortunately I don't have a quarantine tank.

I have heard that Methylene Blue is a good medication for fungus and to be used as a dip and a bath. Would that work in this situation? If so, could I have step by step directions on how to do the bath? I have never done a bath before, and am nervous about it.

If Methylene Blue wouldn't be a good idea, what other treatment should I try?
