Agree, plants. But more to the point, this should not be necessary. Provided the tank is not overcrowded, the normal surface exchange of oxygen/CO2 will be sufficient for the fish unless of course they are high-oxygen requiring fish and then the aquascape would take this into account and provide a stronger current, etc.

If you have reason to think there is a shortage of oxygen, there is some problem causing it, and that should be investigated.
