Getting rid of septicima.

I have a 2 year old male betta who has had septicima for AT LEAST 2 months and it wont go away, I have treated him with kanaplex and maracyn on and off, with salt all through that.

I have been recommended anti bacterial fish flakes,
tell me, do you have any tips?
