lighting for 120

i just bought a 120 gallon tank and i need lighting. its 4'x2'x2'. im breaking apart an old t-5 fixture with 4 54w t-5's and im gonna add 2 250w mh. i want to have 2 levels of corals, sps towards the top and then some lps towards the middle and bottom. the question is the temp of the temp of the bulbs. should i have 10k halides with all actinic t-5's, or 20k halides with daylight t-5's. also someone suggested a mixture of both
t-5's and 14k halide for great color. any suggestions?

I would suggest if you're able to seperate these, use 2 actinic T5's, two 10k T5's, (to provide gradual intensity), and 14k Halides.

Please be aware, if using any Halide lighting in that size of a tank you are going to need a chiller, there is no way around this. The heat is just too much!

Hope this helps!
