I add frozen bloodworm's to their diet, it's alot of protein, and seem's to beef them up!

Warmer water (still within the accepted range for that species) will cause them to grow faster as their metabolism is elevated, but you also have to make sure to compensate for dissolved oxygen. And simply feed them more. Also a cleaner tank won't hurt.

What exactly are you trying to make grow?

Good diet and clean water.

Izzy's question is pertinent. Faster growth can cause other problems. And elevating the temperature is not a good idea, as while this does increase the fish's metabolic rate it also adds stress and weakens the fish.

Change the water more often and a bigger tank, "mother nature way" . Its The safest way to do it .
