flowerhorn huge stomach

Someone please help!!!!
my flowerhorn has had something wrong with him for a while now. ive asked everyone and no one could help. this sounds wierd but he used to have this red stuff it looked like intestines hanging from his anus. that went away and he ate for a little bit but after that he stopped eating. his stomach is now huge and refuses to eat. he is no longer agressive either if anyone has any ideas what it is please help me. i dont think he is constipated because he doesnt even eat. i added a few pics not sure if they will work though

Can't see the pictures. What are your tank parameters? Size, water parameters, plants? other fish?
