Recently my BP's laid eggs..the male is guarding eggs well and the female is just hovering over the eggs. Are they fertilized and will they produce fry?

Impossible to tell.

Blood parrots when first introduced were all infertile, ie they could lay eggs but they would never hatch. They now though are fertile and capable of producing fry.

Keep a close eye on the eggs and if you notice any sort of white fuzz growing on them, remove them immediately as they are dead.

Hope it works out for you!
