Options for FW LED Lighting with Timer
I'm new here, and am looking for some input. Have had a 30gal FW live planted tank with some tetras and danios in it for almost 4 years now. The tank is pretty self sufficient (normal mantainence, of course, still performed). I currently have the tank covered with a glass top, and sitting on it a T8 single tube strip light (similar to this:AqueonŽ Single Tube Fluorescent Strip-Light - Lighting & Hoods - Fish - PetSmart).
Getting to the question, I'm looking for a lower power consumption device with less mess and a sleeker look. I'd like to purchase a lighting solution that meets the following: Has a decent array of 10k white lights,, a set of moon lights, is full LED, has a built in timer or remote timer box with single cord that can switch from white to blue lighting or off completly.
So far the only product I've met that meets these items is the Reef Capable LED Lighting System with Timer.
Does anyone have any other options?
